Shipping

We ship across the United States. Orders leave our US warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within 5 to 8 business days of ordering. Standard shipping is free on orders of $30 or more and $5 on orders below $30. The final rate is shown before you pay.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

If a product does not sit right with your skin, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, whether or not it has been opened. Skincare is personal; you should not have to guess at the checkout.

Arrived damaged or leaking? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

How to start a return

Email hello@lightanchor.ai with your order number and the product you are returning. We will send a prepaid return label and refund you within 5 business days of the return arriving.
