What we collect

When you place an order we collect what is needed to fulfill it: your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed by our payment provider, we never see or store full card numbers). If you join our email list we store your email address. If you submit a review, we store its rating, written note, display name, product, and publishing consent.

How we use it

To fulfill and support your orders, to send the emails you signed up for, and to understand how the site is used through aggregate analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Shopify processes checkout and order data. PostHog provides site analytics, Meta provides advertising measurement, Resend manages email contacts and review automation, and Slack receives limited order, review-moderation, and privacy-request notifications for our operators. We share only the information each provider needs for that purpose.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click at any time. To access or delete the personal information we hold about you, email hello@lightanchor.ai and we will respond within 30 days. Shopify privacy requests also trigger our provider cleanup workflow.

Cookies

We use essential storage to keep your bag working, analytics to understand which pages help people, and advertising measurement to understand whether our campaigns lead to purchases. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can limit advertising cookies through your browser and platform privacy settings.
